Public Records Requests
The City of Durham maintains public records and makes them available for review in accordance with North Carolina State Law. A public record is any document, regardless of physical form, that is made or received in connection with the public business. Some records may contain information protected by the Public Records law and therefore, may not be available for review (See NC statute Chapter 132 for more information.)
This portal makes it easier to request records and view previously requested records online. Please use the search function to view already posted records.
